EMoCC PRIVACY INFORMATION NOTICE
1. Introduction
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the “protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data” (hereinafter also “GDPR”), we are providing the information required on the processing of your personal data (“Data”) performed by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (hereinafter also “UCSC” and Data Controller) by means of the website www.emocc.eu (“Website”).
2. Identity and contact details for the Data controller
The Controller of the processing of your Data is Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with registered office in Largo Agostino Gemelli 1, 20123 Milan (Italy) – telephone (+39) 027234.1.
3. Categories of personal data
The Data processed by UCSC may include Common Data such as: Name and Surname, Email address, Country of residence, Age group, Employment situation, Profession, Organization of affiliation, Thematic areas of interest.
4. Data Processing purpose
The Data provided by you will be processed for the purpose of
- informing you about the EMoCC – European Mobility Career Counseling project (hereinafter also the Project”), in particular by the sending of:
- Regular newsletter: to inform and update you about project’s objectives, activities, events and results (avg sending: 1 mail every 6 months)
- Occasional newsletter: to inform you of a selection of helpful news and resources on job mobility and/or about activities and initiatives that may involve you and/or your organization in the direct implementation of the project (eg. studies, online courses) (avg sending: 1 mail every 6 months)
- Replies to your information requests, addressed to UCSC by means of the Project contact email addresses.
- registering your presence at Project’s public events (and related tasks)
5. Legal basis for the Data Processing
The legal basis for your Data processing is your explicit Consent.
It is not mandatory to provide your Data, but any refusal to do so, or inaccurate or partial data provision, may entail the objective impossibility for UCSC to pursue the above-mentioned purposes.
You can withdraw your consent to receiving newsletter at any time, by directly using the “Unsubscribe” link within the newsletteror by writing to the project contact address: info@emocc.eu
You can withdraw your Subscription to Project’s public events by directly using the “Unsubscribe from Final Congress” link or by writing to the project contact address: info@emocc.eu.
6. Processing methods
Personal data are processed manually, digitally and electronically applying logics strictly connected to the purposes and, in any case, to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data pursuant to laws in force.
7. Data storage period
UCSC will process your Data referred up to a maximum of 24 months after the official closing of the Project. At the end this period, your personal Data will be automatically removed from UCSC’s systems.
8. Subject categories that the Data can be communicated to
Your data can be communicated to Companies/Bodies in charge of CRM (Consumer Relationship Management) services, who may act, depending from their policy, as independent data controller or as Data Processor. The list of the Data Processors appointed by UCSC is regularly updated and available at its premises.
9. Transfer of personal data to countries extra EU
Personal data will no be transferred to non-EU Countries.

11. Rights of the Data subject
As Data subject you have the right to:
- Ask the Controller to access, cancel, rectify if inaccurate, integrated if incomplete your data, and to restrict processing in cases set forth in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
- Object, at any time, in full or partially, to processing of Data needed for pursuance of the legitimate interest of the Controller;
- If the conditions for the portability right pursuant to Art. 20 of the GDPR exist, receive in a structured form, commonly used and readable with an automatic device the Data supplied to the Controller and, if technically feasible, transmit it to another Controller without hindrance;
- Withdraw your consent given at any time;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory Authority.
